Chef Yamashita (@chezyamashitasg) trained at the Tsuji Culinary Institute and worked in various patisseries in Japan to refine his craft. Since 2014, he’s opened his own Japanese artisan patisserie, Chef Yamashita, in Singapore.

Chef Wu Si Han (@_wusihan_) trained at the At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy and has worked his way through Supply & Demand Esplanade since 2013. Now at the kitchen’s helm, he’s brought a strong focus on quality produce and handmade ingredients.
