Ingredients
- 175 ml fruit tea (boiled and chilled)
- 250 g frozen berry mix
- 1/2 banana
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
Boil the fruit tea and let it cool down. Defrost the mixed berries so they are at room temperature. Peel and cut the banana into half. Add the tea first, then berries, banana, and vanilla extract into your blender.
Blend for 60s seconds until the ingredients are finely puréed.
Pretty in pink.
Ingredients
- 4 stalks of lemon balm
- 1 small pink grapefruit
- 1 pink dragon fruit
- 2 – 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
Preparation:
Peel and remove the flesh from all fruits and pick the leaves of the lemon balm. Add the dragon fruit, followed by maple syrup, grapefruit, lemon balm and water into the blender.
Blend for 60s seconds until the ingredients are finely puréed.
Blue Breakfast.
Ingredients
- 225g frozen blueberry
- 225g of oat milk
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of oats
- 1 teaspoon of cardamom
Preparation:
Thaw your blueberries for about 20 minutes. Add blueberries, oat milk, maple syrup, oatmeal, and cardamom into the blender.
Blend for 90s seconds until the ingredients are finely puréed.
Optional: garnish with fresh berries.

Ingredients
- 110 g banana
- 160g blueberries
- 10g walnuts
- 10g sunflower seeds
- 10g pumpkin seeds
- 260g almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Preparation:
Peel and cut the banana into large pieces. Add banana, blueberries, nuts, almond milk, and honey (if desired) into the blender.
Blend for 60s seconds until the ingredients are finely puréed.
